株式会社コナミデジタルエンタテインメントが、フル3Dを採用したスマートフォン向けサッカーシミュレーションゲーム「ワールドサッカーコレクションS」の海外市場向け版「PES MANAGER」をサッカー強豪国であるブラジル、スペイン、ドイツ、ポルトガルをはじめとした南米、北米、欧州、アジアの世界50以上の国や地域にてリリースした。ダウンロードは無料だが日本からプレイすることはできない。
「ワールドサッカーコレクションS」は、1500名以上の実在の選手が実名・実写の選手カードとして登場するタイトル。前作となる「ワールドサッカーコレクション」のカードコレクション要素はそのままに、3Dで描かれたダイナミックでリアルな試合を簡単操作で楽しめるようになっているほか、実況中継（ボイス）も入り臨場感もアップしている。
なお、同社ではこれに続き中文簡体字版の「実況倶楽部」も近日中にリリース予定だという。
